What is Tiscali’s Service Level Guarantee' for QoDSL
The Tiscali SLG covers the service from end point to end point and guarantees against the key parameters used to measure Quality of Service (QoS):
- Latency - the time delay between when you say something over a VoIP connection and when those packets are actually delivered over the network
- Jitter – the variations in the time delay of packet delivery
- Packet Loss - the failure of ‘data’ to make it through their destination
