Broadband is delivered through various underlying network technologies and Tiscali is a market leader across all three:

1. IPStream – high geographic penetration, but limited ability to develop the end user experience
2. DataStream – allows Tiscali to provide a range of bandwidths and contention ratios to best meet market demand and tailor the end user experience
3. Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) – gives Tiscali ability to gain control at the local exchange and derive an even greater diversity of products and services
