Nathan Francis was appointed General Manager for Tiscali Business Services UK in May 2004. Previously he was Product & Services Director from September 2002, having joined the company in May 2000.
As General Manager Nathan is responsible for all aspects associated with delivering market leading products to the business, including IPVPN, Broadband, Voice, managed hosting and VISP services. Nathan also manages the Channel Management Team for Tiscali Business Services.
Previously, as Network Director, Nathan was responsible for design and delivery of the Tiscali UK National Network Infrastructure, which enabled Tiscali UK to manage its own customer base, using the latest IP technology and provide an IP Infrastructure to support both data and voice services. Prior to Tiscali Nathan held positions at Mercury 1-2-1 and COLT telecommunications.
Since August 2004 Lance has been responsible for setting and implementing the Product Strategy for Tiscali Business Services. Lance’s team encompasses Product Development, Product Management, Product Marketing and Marketing Communications.
Lance has been at the centre of the data services market since the early days of de-regulation of the UK telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Tiscali, Lance held senior positions at Cable & Wireless for over 13 years, including Senior Vice President where he was responsible for the development of global product and services.
Lance has a BSc in Electronics from U.M.I.S.T.
In October 2004 Matthew joined Tiscali UK to head up customer operations for both consumer and business to business divisions. Matthew has held several senior roles across Europe, including Vice President of customer operations for Europe and Africa for Messagelabs and Vice President of Customer operations for Europe Online, a broadband satellite company based in Luxembourg.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management.
